Is it possible?
Most of us have gone to sleep mulling over a situation and wondering what the right approach is, or perhaps a specific problem that we really need a solution to….then voila!! Seemingly right out of the shower head in the morning – just the brilliance needed to move forward. I absolutely believe in creative illumination…happening reliably just that way. I have learned to ask for help and leave the question “out there” and know that the answer will be ready just when needed. Last night I went to sleep asking to release all that no longer served me…release, release, release into a beautiful violet flame so that the energy or emotion associated with the experience be neutralized. I asked for help to breathe in light and love, breathe out all that no longer served me. I woke up feeling like the sun itself was inside my heart. Can it really be that simple?
